At Emerge Aquaponics, we use sustainable, aquaponic growing systems to produce the freshest, best-tasting lettuce in the Colorado Springs area. Local customers are invited to buy our lettuce fresh from the farm, and for our wholesale customers we offer free delivery on the same day your order is harvested.
Better Lettuce.
We think our lettuce is pretty special. Every head is grown using organic methods in our USDA GAP certified greenhouse. We use aquaponics systems because they are sustainable and efficient, using 80% LESS water and 75% LESS energy than traditional farming. Plus, our lettuce funds our mission to bring jobs and nutritious food through aquaponics to vulnerable communities around the world.

We love being invested in our community and have several ways for you to get involved!
Every Tuesday and Friday mornings we welcome volunteers to help harvest at our greenhouse.
On Thursday afternoons, we offer free tours of our greenhouse and aquaponics systems at 3:30pm.
Private tours and school field trips can also be scheduled for $5/person.
