Tex Mex Chicken Salad

Spice up your mid week lunch with this delicious and healthy salad recipe created by our staff here at Emerge! 

SERVINGS 4

INGREDIENTS 

4 tbs of black Beans

1 lb Grilled chicken

optional** spice up chicken with red pepper flakes, sea salt, and cumin

4 tbs Cheddar cheese

2 bunches Cilantro 

2 Tomatoes

1 cup Tortilla chips

2 heads of lettuce

Suggested dressing: Ranch

DIRECTIONS

Mix very well in large bowl or place all ingredients in seperate bowls and add desired amounts of each onto salad plate... complete with dressing and enjoy!
